1. Data controller
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the controller of your personal data is:

2. Data we process
Only what you give us when you email us or book a call: name, email address, company and the content of your message or booking.
The self-test runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored or sent.
3. Purpose
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship for our services.
4. Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use providers acting as data processors: web hosting and email forwarding (Cloudflare, Inc.), and email and call booking (Google LLC, through Gmail and Google Calendar). Both may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers rely on GDPR safeguards such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if a professional relationship begins, for its duration and any legally required period afterwards. If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete your data within 12 months at the latest.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@linsacapital.com. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies and analytics
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from this site.
